I ordered two abayas for Umrah along with accessories, expecting them to arrive well before my trip. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had.
I placed my order on June 10, but it wasn’t even dispatched until around 19-20 june, and that too only after I followed up with the company myself. Taking extra time (than mentioned on the website) just to dispatch an order without even informing is not decent, especially when customers may be purchasing for time-sensitive occasions like Umrah.
The delivery experience was even worse. On the first delivery attempt, I unfortunately missed the delivery guy's call. I immediately contacted the company and provided 3 different contact numbers to ensure I could be reached on the next attempt. Despite this, the delivery guy didn’t call any of those numbers. Instead, he relied on someone living on the upper floor, who is not even a member of my family, who said I wasn’t home, and the parcel was marked as refused. My sister was actually at home, and a simple phone call could have resolved the situation.
I explained multiple times that I had only two days left before I moved to another city before my flight for Umrah and urgently needed the order. Despite knowing this, neither the company nor the courier ensured delivery during that time.
When the courier finally contacted me again on July 1, I requested something I believe was completely reasonable. Since the order was worth around Rs. 20,000, I asked if I could simply open the parcel in front of the delivery rider to verify that the correct items and sizes had been sent before making payment. I wasn’t asking to use the products, only to inspect them. If everything was correct, I would have paid immediately. If not, I wanted to return the parcel on the spot rather than risk paying a large amount with no time left to process a return before my trip.
What followed was complete confusion. The delivery rider initially refused. Then he called back and handed the phone to his manager, who clearly told me that I would be allowed to inspect the parcel. A short while later, the rider called again asking for my address. When I asked whether his manager had informed him of the approval, he had no idea what I was talking about. He couldn’t even reach the manager because he was in a meeting. He then asked another senior person, who contradicted the manager and said I was not allowed to inspect the parcel. The lack of communication and professionalism was astonishing.
As a result of these repeated delays, poor coordination, and inconsistent information, I have been left without the abayas I specifically ordered for Umrah. I am now forced, despite being unwell, to spend my last day before travel searching for abayas in physical stores in extreme heat.
The products themselves may be good, I never even got the opportunity to see them. However, customer service and delivery are just as important as the product. A company selling clothing for occasions like Umrah should understand that timely delivery and reliable communication are essential.
I am extremely disappointed with both the company and the courier service they chose to use. I cannot recommend ordering from them if your purchase is time-sensitive.

I'm fully satisfied with the quality and design of this prayer wear. And the attached hijab's length is long I like it.

It’s very breathable and comfy, definitely my go to abaya. However, the finishing is not neat and that made me upset but overall I’d say it was a good buy
