Exchange, Return & Refund Policy – ABAA

The following Terms & Condition document safeguards both the customer and the brand's rights. Please give it a read before you place an order. 

SALE items are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchanges, returns or refunds. 

Delivery Time: 

  • We deliver in maximum 7-10 working days unless specifically mentioned on the product page like hand-embroidered abayas take longer, and RTW items such as our fleece hoodies, hijabs or accessories take 3-5 working days only, when there are no delays due to holidays/strikes or bad weather etc. 
  • If a customer has a time-specific delivery request due to flights, travel dates, occasions etc., they must inform the ABAA team well in advance so we can meet the deadline. All such requests will only be fulfilled through charged urgent courier service with advance payment against the order. [ Same day delivery in Karachi is possible on the same condition. ]

Cancellation Policy:

  • We do not offer cancellations once the order is placed. Because We expect the customer to be confident about their purchase and well-informed about the specifications and delivery time of their order. (For that, each product has been comprehensively described under the product description and our customer service is also available to answer your concerns.)
  • The customer must re-check their cart thoroughly for the correct color, product, fabric or size, delivery time before checkout. 
  • In-case the customer still makes a mistake while checking out, they can reach out to our team at or WhatsApp message us at +92 331 4769678 and we can help manually make the required changes to their order. The customer must reach out within 36 hours of placing the order. 
  • We do not welcome non-serious buyers who place orders irresponsibly and cost the brand unnecessary courier expenses, packing costs, time & effort. 
  • Our team contacts each customer before their order is dispatched, and any customer who confirms their order and later refuses at the doorstep is blacklisted and will not be entertained again. 
  • We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order at any given time. We try our best to inform the customers right-away if there are any issues such as address inaccessibility, stock-outs etc. 


  • We offer 3 different modes of payments: COD, Bank Transfer & Local Credit or Debit Card Payments (through cards based in Pakistan). 
  • We offer COD all over Pakistan except a few areas where our courier partner TRAX doesn't operate. For such areas, we use TCS or Leopard and the customer will be expected to co-operate with bank transfer or card payments due to unavailability of COD service in their area.
  • All COD orders worth above PKR 20,000 will be required to have an advance 50% deposit against them for confirmation. 
  • All urgent or time-specific orders will be processed after advance payments only. Customer is expected to communicate their timely delivery request clearly and on time. 

Exchange Policy:

  • Brand Initiated Exchanges: When a customer receives a defected product, incorrect size or color from the brand, the brand exchanges and fixes the issue right away by sending the correct product to the customer and getting the wrong product picked up simultaneously. If the product is no longer available, and customer doesn't want to select an alternate, they are refunded for their purchase within 5 working days. 
  • Customer Initiated Exchanges: In-case a customer selects wrong size / color for oneself, we offer exchanges with the following protocols:
  1. Customer sends exchange request at or WhatsApp message us at +92 331 4769678 within 2 days of receiving the product. Any request after that will not be entertained.
  2. Exchanges are possible to be offered only as long as stock lasts. If required size isn't available, you have the option to select an alternate article. Refunds are not offered in this case.
  3. Customer sends back the product in original condition: unused, tagged and packed, within 5 days. Once the product is received and checked, we will immediately dispatch the required product. Used products will not be exchanged at any cost.
  4. Exchanges are charged the actual delivery charges that we incur on each dispatch i.e. of PKR 350. So when we dispatch an exchange product, a COD amount of PKR 350 will be billed. 

[ Courier charges are a real expense we have to incur. So skipping the delivery cost on exchanges is not possible. To save yourself from all the hassle and added expense, please select the right size or color and review your order before checking out. ]

NOTE: This all implies when the wrong size selection is from the customer's end. When the brand is at fault, all exchanges or refunds will be the brand's responsibility and customer will not have to bear any additional charges. 

Return & Refund Policy: 

We offer an easy return policy on ready made items e.g. hijabs, accessories and all RTW products if the customer is dissatisfied with their order.

[ However we discourage returns without reasons. We expect the customer to empathise with the hard work our team puts into packing, dispatching and servicing an order. ] 

  • We do not offer returns to customers with repeated return history on the basis of like / dislike / personal satisfaction. Any customer found to be exploiting our services will be blocked and their orders will not be entertained. 
  • In-case of high customer dissatisfaction for genuine reasons such as fitting issues etc, initially we encourage a healthy discussion with the customer to solve the issue, because at the end of the day we strive to add value to your lives through our products and services. 
  • In case of customer initiated returns, customer will have to bear the return cost, and refund will be made in 5 working days, after the product is received in the same condition as it was packed in: tags attached, unused and packed.

  • We do not offer exchange or return on custom-made items e.g. Abayas, hijab niqab sets. Because these are cut and stitched after the order is placed, specifically for the said customer. Customer is responsible for providing the correct sizing and exact specifications they expect. 

[ If however there is a defect, or a problem with the sizing from our end for a custom-made product e.g. abaya, hijab niqab set, we exchange the product urgently. ]

  • If you are unsure about product specifications like color and other details, product description under each product is provided and our customer representatives are also available on Facebook, instagram, WhatsApp and chat box on our website to guide you through it and help you make your mind.
  • We have a zero tolerance policy for misbehaviour and misconduct. Any customer who shows disrespect or rudeness to any of our team member, will not be entertained and will be blocked from all of our platforms.
